We currently offer shipping services to all addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not provide international shipping.

  • All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Please note that this does not include weekends and public holidays.
  • Custom or personalized sportswear set orders may require additional processing time, usually 5 – 7 business days. We will clearly communicate any extended processing times on the product page or during the ordering process.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

3.1 Standard Shipping

  • We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and FedEx (Federal Express) to offer standard shipping.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3 – 7 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the United States.
  • Standard shipping is available for all orders.

3.2 Expedited Shipping

  • If you need your order to arrive more quickly, you can choose expedited shipping. This service is also provided through UPS or FedEx.
  • With expedited shipping, your order is expected to be delivered within 2 – 3 business days after shipping.
  • Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and is subject to factors such as shipping carrier operations and unforeseen circumstances.

3.3 Express Shipping

  • For the fastest delivery, we offer express shipping via FedEx or UPS.
  • Express shipping typically guarantees delivery within 1 – 2 business days after the order has been shipped.
  • However, this is an approximate time frame, and actual delivery may be affected by various factors.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Standard Shipping

  • Orders with a total value of less than $50 will incur a standard shipping fee of $5.
  • For orders with a total value of $50 or more, standard shipping is free of charge.

4.2 Expedited Shipping

  • The cost of expedited shipping depends on the weight of the package and the destination. During the checkout process, the system will calculate and display the exact expedited shipping fee based on your order details.

4.3 Express Shipping

  • Express shipping fees also vary according to the package weight and destination. You will be able to view the express shipping cost during the checkout process.

5. Shipping Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the official website of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

6. Delivery Address

  • We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re – shipping. In such cases, you may be required to bear the additional shipping costs.

  • In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or shipping carrier strikes, shipping times may be extended. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays and their expected duration.
  • If your order is significantly delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as offering a refund or alternative shipping options.

  • We do not automatically include package insurance in the shipping cost. However, you can choose to purchase additional insurance during the checkout process if you wish to protect your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
  • If you have purchased insurance and your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
